Initially, Dar received her Masters in Physical Therapy from University of Utah in 1999. She is a multi-faceted individual, who even worked to coordinate the torchbearers for the Salt Lake Olympic Touch Relay.
Fast forward to now, her current enrollment in the Boulder Pilates Center training program allows her to expand her passion of Physical Therapy by improving people’s heath and wellness through thoughtful movement and fun!
She enjoys a classical approach to Pilates, but is equally comfortable adjusting lesson plans to promote optimal healing and support for underlying impairments or orthopedic concerns.
When not at work, Dar is an active community volunteer with the Louisville Dolphins Swim Team and enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, running and paddle boarding.
