Karen Echery, MSPT, MTC, CPI
Karen has always had a love for movement. Growing up, this thirst for movement was satisfied by dancing. Through dance, Karen discovered Pilates. A lifelong learner, Karen wanted to understand the science of movement, so she became a physical therapist. Dance, Pilates and now PT have been the building blocks for a terrific career.
Karen especially enjoys working with clients with hip and spinal conditions. She uses advanced certifications in manual therapy and dry needling to release tight tissues. Once they relax, Karen educates clients on proper movement techniques to create new and healthy movement. New movement patterns allow clients to keep doing what they love in life.
For fun, Karen takes dance classes, bikes, and enjoys snow sports and the Colorado outdoors with her family.

Mindful movement is the key to minimizing stress in the body. The more time we spend in better posture and moving in healthier ways, the more the healthy movement becomes our natural way of being.
