How do I get started?
To learn the basic principles of Pilates requires a few private sessions so we can develop a program based on your individual challenges and goals. A home exercise program will complement the Pilates Reformer machine so you can continue at home if you please. Or, you can join a Pilates class once you master the basics, and progress through different levels to become a Pilates rock star.
